[SOLVED] Clustering working for IN/OUT

Finally I managed to solved the issue.
It was a minor issue that wasted almost a week in R&D, But i think my time is not wasted as I have learned so much new in depth :)

The issue was that there was a mistake in Primary mail server configuration at BASIC tab / Fully qualified Internet host name: there was my public domain name mentioned xyz.com , which was wrong, I corrected to it FQDN server name.
and the problem solved.

MailClusterFailover=1 didn't worked out as I guess its not supported in 8.5.3 anymore. its configurable via confg doc now.
